We are unable to offer any refund of your registration fee beyond the 15 minute grace period offered through RunSignUp.
Option to swap registration to the virtual event at no cost is valid until 7 days before the race (October 6th, 2024).
We will allow you to transfer your bib to another person or defer your registration to 2025 through October 1st, 2024 (NO later and NO exceptions). The new entrant receiving the bib will be required to register on RunSignUp and will pay a $10 transfer fee when they register. We will not be involved in any exchange of funds between the persons doing the transfer, we will only collect the $10 fee when the new person registers. We cannot guarantee shirt size availability for any transfers.
Virtual:
Option to upgrade to an in-person race by paying the cost differential at the time of upgrade plus $10 upgrade fee is valid until 7 days before the race (October 6th, 2024) unless in-person race capacity has been reached. There is no refund option for virtual races.
